Terry M. Schneider serves as Of Counsel to Schneider Car Accident & Injury Firm, bringing more than 40 years of experience in Florida insurance defense, litigation management, and mediation.

Before joining the firm, Terry spent over three decades as Senior Counsel at Travelers Insurance Company, where she handled and supervised a wide range of complex insurance litigation, including automobile negligence, premises liability, construction defect, and property damage defense. Her extensive background gives her unique insight into how insurance carriers evaluate, negotiate, and resolve injury claims, an invaluable perspective she now uses to help our clients achieve fair and efficient results.

Terry is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, County Mediator, and Qualified Arbitrator, as well as the founder of TMS Mediation, a Florida-based mediation practice established in 2025. She has also served on the Florida Bar’s Broward County Ethics Committee and is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.

A proud Florida native, Terry earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and began her legal career in civil litigation with several respected South Florida law firms before joining Travelers. Outside of her legal work, Terry enjoys spending time with her family and her husky, exploring Florida’s outdoors, and giving back to her community.

Saulo is an experienced Intake Specialist with over two years of experience assisting clients in personal injury and consumer protection matters. He is also an Environmental Engineer, driven by a genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact through his work.

As one of the first points of contact at the firm, Saulo is known for his attention to detail, calm, and reassuring style. Fluent in English and Spanish, he guides clients through the intake process with clarity and care, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident from their very first call. He has extensive experience handling high-volume intake and working with personal injury and lemon law cases.

Saulo brings a client-first mindset to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and dog, as well as watching movies and playing video games. Saulo brings a calm, client-first approach to every interaction and plays a key role in delivering the responsive, honest service our firm is known for.
